K	Kitty H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with this builder. They will try to price gouge you when it comes time to chosing your finishes and making any minor changes /adjustments. I requested to move an existing pot light and plumbing fixture 1 feet over and they told me they are going to charge a design change fee. The house is not even built yet. No framing, nothing is up. This company is a joke. They will use any excuse they can to take every penny they can from you. WORST BUILDER EVER!!!
S	Sunny Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought the new home and I regreted my choice. compare with my previous expereince with new house purchased from Mattary and Great Golf, the sales service response is very very slow and not efficent and effective at all. I have some quesitons and emailed to sales team and even never return my email or phone call till I had to walk into their sale office. as well, sounds like after you signed off your purchase agreement, there is no where to ask question and not a profesional service expereinced. called their headoffice line and been transfered to many extensions and nobody answers the phone but just leave a voice messaeg, good but never anyone returned my call. very disappointed. I won't recomment this builder.

Countrywide only cares about sales and after the sales we received an extremely poor service from them. One of our bathtub had a crack and they nicely placed a glue on top of it which was invisible to see, so we didn’t put the issue in the 30 days PDI, now they are refusing to fix it. Also we sent so many e-mails to fix few minor issues, initially there excuses were COVID-19, now delaying the process and don’t even care about customers. Employees who works at the administration also does not take responsibility and transfer us to different individuals every time and you end up explaining the whole thing over and over again. I would highly recommend NOT to buy any houses from them. Horrible service. We also purchased home from Lakeview, they are 1000 times better than Countrywide.
M	MT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever - ignore calls, constant excuses, rude customer service - been almost 3 years now and deficiencies from 1st year is still outstanding. Bad workmanship and defects - and sometimes even worst when they fix it. I don’t even know what to do!!!

Multiple big time errors made throughout the house, mainly due to the design studio having poor management and operation, and probably lack of attention from construction workers. Absolutely the worst kitchen finishing of any builder massive waste of money. I’d advise people to stay far away from this builder wish they were quick and professional making and fixing their houses as they are when collecting cheques. Spend your money somewhere else and definitely upgrade your house from a 3rd party if you purchased a house from countrywide homes. Wish we had bought from brookfield when we purchased in Caledon.

Finally, once home is closed the service agents are simply not responsive , do not return calls, respond to emails and not even any sort of acknowledgement. Note: the home build quality is great but other than that you will experience the worst available customer service in the market. I hope they would take it seriously and improve their customer service!

From the start to finish the company representatives have been professional, Courteous and efficient. I used another builder on my previous close and this company Countywide is superior to them in response time. I am very happy with the level of service from country wide and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastically built home.
