Professional Car Carriers (PCC)

I contacted Vlad and his staff about shipping my dodge charger from Ontario to Calgary in May and Vlad promised me my car would be well taken care of and delivered in good condition. Vlad was a man of his word,my car arrived in perfect condition just the way I dropped it off to him. I would highly recommend PCC to anyone who wanted their vehicle shipped to another province or out of country. They're true professionals,thanks again Vlad to you and your staff for taking care of my car and delivering when you said it would be delivered. ?

My wife and I hired PCC to take our car from Ontario and have it shipped to Dunedin, FL. Vlad helped us through the necessarty paperwork. Our original shipping date was changed due to border problems; the weight of the transpot vehicle plus cars exceeded the American weight limit. (Ensue that your vehicles contain less than 1/4 fulled tanks.) To our surprise, yesterday, the car appeared two weeks early! It arrived intact! We are just delighted with the services that PCC provided for us by creating an extra shipment allowing us to receive our car earlier than we had anticipated. I rate them 5/5! We recommend them! These guys are awesome! I have utilized them a few times recently to bring vehicles back from out West, and they’ve been great. Great communication & friendly people. Also the service is quicker than I thought!

Terrible service. While my vehicle was in their care, they illegally parked it road side for over a week, which resulted in two parking tickets totalling $160. Both tickets fell within the date range that my vehicle was in their custody. They refused to take responsibility for the tickets and denied that their truck driver parked there. They claimed it was impossible because the vehicle was already shipped out of province on a truck, but they were not able to produce any documentation of when the vehicle was shipped. They do not have a way to track the vehicles current location. The vehicle was delivered to destination late with no notice of arrival. I had to call multiple times to check the status and each time they told me it will be there in a few days or that they were not aware of the current location of my vehicle. There was no truck driver or company representative present on the delivery date to ensure proper hand over of the vehicle or allow me to inspect the vehicle for damages, they simply left it with a dealership. I cannot even be sure that it was shipped on a truck and not driven to the destination. The Concord manager is rude and disregards any concerns you may have with shipping your vehicle such as the chance of an accident, loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle and insurance to cover damages. These are reasonable concerns that a driver would have regarding a vehicle worth thousands of dollars. They insist that they have the omniscience to predict that no unanticipated event could occur beyond their control. TLDR: 2 parking tickets ($160) while vehicle in their custody, rude manager disregards concerns, late delivery, improper hand over and inspection of vehicle, no delivery notice, no truck or person present at destination.

Thanks to PCC team and especially to Vladimir. Promised to be delivered within 3 weeks but had my car delivered in 2 weeks. Excellent service and the best price quoted!

They lost the original key during my car shipping, and gave me a replacement instead. The worst part is that they never let me know, they even reprogram the car with the replacement key, and the other original key stopped working. After calling them, they say it's not their fault, they keep saying they gave me the original key. Their staff is really rude, specially Arthur and Vladimir. Arthur said I had to go to a Dealership to get my key fixed and then hung up. I did it and they confirmed PCC gave me another key, not the original one, and reprogram them. It's been weeks since I last call the, to see if they're taking responsibility and at least pay for the cost of fixing the original key, but I have't received any calls yet.

Vladimir took such amazing care of my 2 vehicles that were shipped from Toronto to Miami, really went above and beyond to accommodate us. PCC is the only company I’d use again. Drivers were both nice and professional and dropped off both vehicles in a busy downtown Miami without a problem. 5 star service!
