★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Star is too much. They do not pay sub- trades, cut and grind hours. There is a reason they are looking for work. Pino and Andrew , look for ways not to pay out. Builders don’t have faith in them. Sub trades don’t trust them because they don’ t get paid. Employees don’t trust them because they cut and grind hours.
These facts are well known across the masonry industry , and these poor practices are supported by the union. (Local 183)
Don’t proceed , even if it would be with caution.
