I have the sheet that documented there were no issues with my windshield at that time. On December 12 2017 i picked up my car from their Toronto location around 4 pm. I could not inspect the car as it was covered in snow. I told this to their attendant and they told me not to worry as I could go clean it and if there was damage let them know the next day. I documented on their sheet that I could not inspect the car as it was covered with snow and ice. I went and washed the car within half an hour and noticed a large crack in my windshield that I previously could not see to being blocked with ice. i Immediately called Livingston but as it was after 4:30 pm their office had closed. I called their Calgary branch as they were still open and they gave me the number for the claims department. I then called and left a message about this issue the next day as they claims office was closed. On December 14 the claims department called me back and asked for a picture to be sent. I sent the picture and they emailed me back saying that they would not cover the damage that was incurred to my car in their care. They gave me no method for reconciliation.

L	Li Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Long transportation time. I dropped off my car at Delta, BC on Aug 19 and the car was delivered to Waterloo, ON on Sept. 8. Almost 21 days. 2. I found a dent on my right door after it was delivered. They refused my claim and the reason is As per Agreement, they provide coverage for fire,theft of the unit and total loss.They believe the dent is minor and may have been missed at the origin checking by them. I am not satisfied with their service.

I am glad they chose someone that the usually deal with because my car came in on time and without any issues. The staff was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Whenever I called, they answered my questions. Despite all the negative reviews, my personal experience was very positive and I wanted to share it.

The day they picked up the car, we had the car cleaned and they inspected our car and they deliver the car with 2 weeks delay!!!! But it's not the problem, when they delivered, the car was totally dirty so not really possible to inspect!! Apart from that, the trunk floor was broken and when we told them about the damage they said, we do not inspect the interior and do not cover it!!! Our car is like the time we bought it and everything was in place! They are very irresponsible! We did not expect that they would be able to damage the interior of a car!!!! Very disappointed!

Listed are some of my experiences: 1. Finding them on the internet was a big relief from the scammers and middlemen that were trying to charge me $2-3000 saying that mine is an expensive car etc etc. Beware!!! Websites like uShip.com are the hub for such middlemen eager to swindle you. 2. The inspection when I drove to their concord station was thorough and something kept telling me that the inspection is a way to decline later claims and my instincts were proven right by some of the reviewers here. Hence the 4 stars. 3. The car was delivered in about 10 days forward and 30 days on the return journey but hey there were the BC floods, the holidays, and bad winter weather and what not so I have to cut them a bit of a slack. 4. Car was undamaged ...so tons of money saved. These guys charged me $1350 /$1450 for the job 5. The icing on the cake was that during the return journey the car battery had discharged to 30% so they even recharged it to 80% before I picked it up... what more can you really ask for? (for this I am giving them back the fifth star)

Steve was terrific in helping us through the process and made sure that we were on our way. The staff are professional, courteous, and attentive. We will definitely recommend Livingston to our friends in the future.
