I have been attending this school for 7 years and have learned many different lessons. The instructors are incredibly patient and friendly. They teach both children and adults during different times. But the lessons they teach are more then just simple Tae-kwon-do ,they teach self defense in many possible situations as well as boxing and weapons.

The best martial arts school in Vaughan. I have trained at the school for over 10 years and Master Lee as a teacher is great. I have learned so much, not only about teakwondo but about life too. Master lee is the perfect example of good teacher that can show discipline but also be really fun too.

Master Lee and Master David are excellent instructors who have been teaching young children and adults for many years, emphasizing the students' individual skills and abilities. I have known Master Lee for more than 20 years. He has always been an exceptional Martial Artist and teacher. He has high integrity and is a pleasure to work with.

After careful research and trial classes at multiple martial arts location in Maple and Vaughan area, we've decided to send my kids to Maple TKD because they had the absolute BEST instructors I've seen. My son and daughter has been going to Maple TKD since May 2017, both have improved dramatically and within a short period of time. I love that Master Lee and David are both attentive to the kids at all times and that the class sizes are small and manageable. Instructors actually go around the room and correct the kids' stance at all times. Kids are also taught discipline and self-defense while learning Taekwondo. The location is convenient to get to with ample parking spaces and is very clean. Parents have a waiting area and also a TV screen to see the class while in progress. Additionally, we just hosted my daughter's 8th birthday party at Maple TKD and we had a total of 21 kids who were in attendance. The party went off without a hitch. David led the entire party with his assistants and all the kids had so much fun that they've all asked their parents to have their own birthday parties there! The assistants were so helpful in both setting and cleaning up and even helped with serving of the food and cake to the kids. Two highlights from the birthday party included board breaking with the kids which they got to take home with them and the smashing of our own pinata brought from home!! There was a mixture of instructed skills (kicks and punches) and games during the party! We will definitely be hosting our son's party there as well in the summer.

Thanks to Master Lee at Maple Taekwondo! He is a leader and a teacher who genuinely takes care of each student and other teachers. He is passionate, respectful and sincere. He made my daughter's first Taekwondo experience fun and enjoyable that she always looks forward to going to Maple TKD. Clean and friendly atmosphere and ample parking spaces. Highly recommend!

They have an afterschool program! Only few know about it and most of time it is full. I have two kids in their afterschool program and I am planning to pull them out as they are now old enough to walk home. If you are seeking a program who would take care of kids like their own, don’t miss this chance! Spaces are very limited, about 4-6 kids at a time. If you have 2 kids between grade 1-6, this is perfect for you. They pick up kids from school and teach TaeKwonDo after their snack time and free time. My experience with Master Lee and Master David is absolutely amazing. They both are very caring, kind, gentle, warm-hearted and supportive. If you participate in a trial, you will definitely see what I mean. My first child has started training TaeKwonDo with Master Lee in the age of 3 years old - 10 years ago. Master Lee was very patient and gentle with kids. My daughter was very shy and lack of confidence for her new upcoming kindergarten years. But, Master Lee had built the strength in her mind and body. He is very respectful not only to parents but to the kid as well. He speaks to kids with firm expressions and gentle instructions. He always appreciates kids’ hard works along with proper praises and encouragements. I feel very lucky to find Master Lee in my daughter’s early life. My son has started in his age of 4, learned discipline and respect to others. Master Lee had helped our parenting life greatly. He carefully watches kids’ behaviours and responses and guides them to a proper path. I can’t thank him enough. I really appreciate his hard work in training my kids’ TaeKwonDo and guiding their life. I am very happy with Maple TKD in my kids’ continuous TaeKwonDo training.
