Worst ever experience 2 times .... either they do not give the info out or they do not honor their appointments. Had an appointment as as a registrant but they said sold out by the time I reached. Should have the courtesy to atleast send a message or email. Also, how can a release of 100 units be sold out in a day considering each appointment was for half hour. Super useless

We have had a great experience with Delpark. Any concerns we’ve had they addressed immediately. They have sent amazing workers to complete outstanding items who have great attention to detail and have done a great job. We are very pleased with the customer service we’ve received since the day we purchased.

In my opinion, Delpark Homes have the best designs in Durham. The interiors are functional and the exterior elevations are amazing. Their homes definitely stand out from other builders. The workmanship is exceptional and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend!

Delpark homes is a very good company with good customer service. The houses in Delpark are of very good quality. The after-sales service responds efficiently to customers' concerns and questions. I also purchased a home in the Sutton Cedar Ridge subdivision and have been waiting 5 years, but I understand from multiple letters sent to us by Delpark that the delays are caused by the land developer. Delpark has offered to refund our deposit but we have decided to wait it out because I’ve read good reviews from other projects that they have both developed and built. Trying to stay positive and excited for our new home.

We bought our new home in Oshawa from Delpark homes. They were very friendly and helpful from the start. Delpark Homes have the best designs in Durham. Purchased a new townhouse from Delpark builders. The team has been extremely professional, have a good communication plan and on time delivery. The closing date never slipped. We are very pleased with the standard decor selections and have several upgrade options available. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Recently closed into Delpark Cedar Ridge, Sutton it was worth the wait! I have to say that this is our 2nd home and I have not had better service than Delpark homes.  Although there was the usual expected delays when buying a new home, plus we are still going through the COVID-19 pandemic, they met their deadline of our final closing date. We had a very pleasant experience from the start, the sales agent was knowledgeable and welcoming. He answered all our questions and guided us with selecting our lot. Our Decor center experience with Angela went really well! She was so helpful with picking the right decor, we couldn't be happier to see them in our home. She did not rush us, I remember our appointment ran a bit over time. There was a issue with discontinued tiles and Angela provided several options that worked well with our decor idea. Anything that were missed or incorrect in the home we added it to the PDI list during the inspection. I am sure it will get resolve based on my experiences so far with this builder. I have to say a special thanks to Leticia in the office she was polite and super helpful! She went above and beyond the call of her duty! If there were questions I needed answers during the process I would send her an email and she usually responded within the same day. If the question or request was not her department she would forward to the appropriate person and I would get the response. As for customer service /service,  we were assigned to Samantha and she has been exceptional so far. She provided some reading materials ahead of our PDI appointment regarding responsibilities including Tarion. I found the Tarion checklist very useful to review ahead of the PDI.  We did our PDI and found a few issues, some of which were minor issues (cosmetic), which Samantha pointed out herself and added to the PDI list. She was thorough, detailed and very knowledgeable, we were impress with how well she did her job. Our PDI appointment ran over time and we didnt feel rush. Unfortunately, due to the icy, snowy and rainy conditions that day we were not able to inspect the exterior of the house however, Samantha mentioned we could note anything we saw after moving in that requires attention and she will be our ongoing contact for after sale service. One other thing we appreciated, Samantha was proactive she set up an appointment with us in advance to resolve some of the issues we found during the PDI. She also sent a welcome email the same day we closed. I understand everyone's experience might be different but we are so happy with our home so far even though there are still stuff to be done. The craftsmanship in the home looks really nice, very good quality. We are more than happy with our Delpark experience so far, that we recommended this builder to family and happy to say we will have family in the neighbourhood.
