★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been searching forever for a reasonable price on a replacement IR sensor for my Vizio TV. Ended up coming across TVParts.ca which had the best prices by far.
I ordered the part at 11:30 am and got a notification that my part had been shipped just under 4 hours later!
Amazing service, will definitely be recommending!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy from this business. I ordered a board from them online and they sent me the wrong one. I called and basically they said not my problem you got the wrong board. Funny thing is they probably could have just returned my money, but they sent me a similar board to make the sale. So now stuck with a board I can't use.
Avoid buying from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is where you can find everything for your tv parts!!! I was unable to find tv screws for my Samsung tv in the entire GTA, called up every place even the Samsung customer care(they mentioned it needs to be brought from Calgary. When I called up, he looked for it and mentioned he would keep it ready and to come in an hour. He didn’t even take money for the screws. Lastly with his expert advise I finally could find screws for my tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to find a Power supply for my TV that had failed. The price and delivery ware reasonable.
I broke my LCP panel due to mishandling right after i ordered my part. I emailed to cancel the order and followed up with a phone call. Rep was pleasant and easy to deal with. Order was cancelled immediately. they followed up to confirm that the order had been cancelled.
This was my first time using Premier Electronics Parts and will be my starting point for future related purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the Premier/TV parts team. They had the power supply board for my Samsung widescreen (circa 2012-2013 with 3D - yes yes I know its old but its LCD panel is flawless and still rocks) that I use as my computer monitor. Verified the part number and I got the power supply within two business days (wow!). Got it up and running and saved me from having to buy a new 4K panel, especially during these pandemic/fiscally restraining times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noel and his team were super helpful. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with our TV within an hour with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. It's worth bringing your TV here, as people often throw their TVs away and buy a new one. However, you can easily get it fixed and continue using it rather than supporting possible planned obsolescence schemes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a part supposed to have been tested to work. It didn't. Returned for a refund and it was promptly refunded. Unfortunately, it caused me $22 to return the part and still waiting for a response to my request to cover this amount of postage. Not my fault it had to be returned and not fair for me to have to cover the return postage!
