★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost my dress, which happens to everyone (perhaps) but the worst part was that they were RUDE as can be. They did not care. They outsource and take ZERO responsibility for the loss and damage to clothes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST!! I went to have a zipper replaced. After the owner (?) showed me a variety of zippers, I chose one that was suitable for the jacket I brought in. She told me it would be ready in a week, That following week, I showed up to collect my jacket and to my dismay, found that she had used a zipper that I didn't ask for, was of poor quality and had the same issue with the one I wanted to replace!! I had specifically shown her the zipper I had wanted and yet, instead of admitting that she had made a mistake, she when on a rant and kept on arguing with me, as though it was my fault!! Rude and abusive!!
I had to wait yet another week for her to correct THEIR error!!
There must be a reason they accept ONLY cash or debit, this way when you pay, the customer has no recourse on their shoddy work!!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gave in a a dress and a winter jacket, the dress although cleaned was missing buttons and was no longer wearable. When I went to pick up the jacket she tried to tell me I owed her money (I have already paid 140$, the price we had agreed on). i could only get my jacket (worth 1000$) after an argument with her. I would avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to this drycleaner for many years. The owners are friendly, professional & care about their customer's satisfaction. I have never had any problems! They have always been fantastic!! They do fabulous alterations as well! I have used their services to replace batteries for watches, keyless car fob's, etc. I highly recommend All Clean Dry Cleaners.
