K	Kierra Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slimy and rude. Don’t trust these guys for a second. Their mechanic gave a faulty safety inspection. They must have turned a blind eye to the plethora of issues going on under the car. The car I purchased NEVER should have passed. I didn’t get the 100 point inspection myself until after the 36 day time period and I was screwed over $9000. Brad new exactly what he was doing and totally ripped off a student. He also put me in a totally unsafe car! I hit a pot hole and a tire fell off. This company is a total joke. I am reporting their mechanic to the MTO because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

All cars get an MTO certified safety inspection by a licensed mechanic not affiliated with them, so you know it will be done properly. These people commenting on here with bad reviews have never bought a car off of this dealership. The comments are unfounded. When you buy a 12 year old car, and you have issues one year later, this is no reason to complain. You go back within your 36 day safety inspection- NOT 12 months later! used cars will need fixing...that's why they are used. We sell and finance hundreds of cars without issue, the individuals complaining are either Not customers or customers who refused to come to a reasonable conclusion. We value everyone. But we can't please everyone.

Please ask for Sarah Fabrizio. She is the most professional and knowledgeable person to talk to. We have our vehicle exported and all paperwork done within 3 days. Great service and wonderful people. He made us very happy once he told us he got us approved. He even lent us money from his company to help us with the down payment and was very reasonable with the payment arrangements. We drove away in our gorgeous mustang. He didn't disappoint at all. Thanks again for all that you did Brad. We are one happy family and loved cruising this summer in our stang.

Zack went out of her way to put together a deal we couldn’t refuse. The staff and owner brad made it so easy to complete the deal. It is such a relaxed atmosphere with no sales pressure. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Not listening to a bad review was the best decision i have ever made. 10/10 service.

I don't expect the car to be perfect its used obviously common sense.. but i don't expect to have suspension issues right away but its alright trust me i will be taking legal actions you can lie all you want but karma will come right back at you..

My sister bought her very first car from him a month ago he said it had no problems but turns out it has suspenion and many more issues and he is refusing to cover it! Very unprofessional and disgusting way of dealing with customers..

So pleasant to deal with and Honest!!! He was very upfront with everything, no hidden anything , he went over the car and explained everything about the car , a few things I needed to get fixed that wasn't covered under safety! So honest , I loved that! unlike some other shady dealerships I've been too who basically tell you jack . I expected a few things , it's a used car , all in all I just love my car! Thank you for my 2015 Lexus ! . If you want an honest dealer go there, I highly recommend him. FYI been driving my car now for 5 months no issues! Thanks Again!
