★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will admit that I previously wrote a poor review of this dealership due to a poor experience. However, the General Manager, Andrew, called me shortly after and promised to resolve the situation. It turns out that Andrew meant what he said, and my issue was resolved. I was so pleased with Andrew's service, I decided to buy my 3rd Mazda from him. I just received the car and I love it! I am grateful for everything that Andrew, the General Manager of this dealership has done for me. I’d also like to mention and thank Mo and Anthony, who made the transition from my old car and delivery of my new car so easy and exciting. I highly recommend Andrew and the rest of the team at Mazda of Richmond Hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing beats walking into a building and being treated respectfully. That is exactly how I felt as soon as I walked through the door at Mazda of Richmond Hill and was immediately approached by Brendan.
Brendan gave me the best value for my trade in - he also took notes and made sure that I got into the right vehicle. I happy left the dealership today in my Mazda CX-5 Signature and I cannot express the grin I had on my face, super happy.
I am a two minute drive away from Maple Mazda and would rather drive 30+ minutes to Mazda of Richmond Hill - outstanding service.

Anthony was super professional, kind, and helpful from my test drive to eventually leasing a car. He worked with me to make sure I was happy with my car AND with the price. Always answered emails/calls in a timely manner so I was never left hanging, which is so important for me. Truly a 5-star experience, thank you so much!
Shoutout to Ben for his patience and help with the lease protection, and Allen for handling the delivery!

Ricardo was a great guy, very helpful in explaining pricing options and the specs of the car. He also took the time to explain how the car works and making sure I could adjust the settings upon pick up. Shahram in the financial department was very informative, accessible and always available to answer any of my questions! Finally, Soheil in management was able to come to an agreement which worked for me. I really loved my experience here at Mazda, it was very quick, efficient and I love my car. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Richmond Hill Mazda was great from start to finish. I was kindly directed by an employee in the pre-owned building (I went into the wrong building) to go into the main dealership for the car I was looking for. Ricardo was quick to greet me, friendly but professional. He knew a lot about the brand, the model I was looking at and was not overwhelmed by my questions or by how busy the dealership was (I also arrived near the end of the day but it didn't effect how they treated me)! I cannot say the same about my experience at other Mazda dealership where I was not treated well at all and employees seemed flustered by the amount of customers, even though they have a lot more staff, space and it was early in the day. Regardless, it's not just Ricardo, his coworkers were also great every step of the way. They work with you on finding the right payment options, explain everything in detail about price, warranties & car features, and allow you to make the best decision, with no pressure.
Thank you Ricardo and team for making my first leasing experience pleasant and easy. First Mazda and I already can't wait to see what's next.
