★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned the car the very first day the collision body shop called me last minute. I did not have time to fill the tank. They charged me 67 dollars. I called them. With just 40 dollars the tank would be full. They told me that they charged me 60 plus hst? What the heck? Does gas has hst in this country? That's a rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist, you tend to go for the regular Hertz or chain rental but we were so glad that these big corps where carless at the time because then we found Bristol!
Not only does it feel great to support a local business but the prices were very fair and the service was impeccable! The owners were patient with our credit card issues and were happy to help whenever possible. Will definitely use them again and I recommend them to any one looking for affordable rentals and AMAZING service. Thank you for adding to our already great trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was moving yesterday, had rented a U Haul 3 weeks ago to pick up for 9 am, was told when he went to get it the truck was out of service. If he wanted to drive out to airport in 2 hrs he could get one. I had rented a van a couple days before from Bristol and frantically called them at 930 to see if they had a truck for rent. Sure enough they had 1 left and would hold it for me, what a relief it was the end of month and there were no trucks to be found.Quick and friendly service, would not have been able to move my son to his new house without Bristol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a short term rental after dropping off my car for repairs at Leons Auto Body North (they get 5 stars too). I walked from the auto bodyshop to Bristol. They were quick, courteous and fair. Drop off was just as easy. Thanks for the great service, especially during the pandemic!
