D	Darth Vader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ram was helpful, got a mid-size crossover instead of the reserved full size sedan. Car was new, clean, working as expected from a Jeep Compass. In and out in 5-10 min for both pick and return. Good prices, too. I can’t expect more from a car rental company.

Followed me to my rental and watched my every move while I had a conference call on the phone in the car….he wouldn’t stop watching me until I left? I have such a high level role and because I was wearing sweatpants, I was being judged? On top if it this company Unrightfully charged my cc after the car was looked at and signed off on!!! Rental patron beware! This location is a scam!!!

Car had less than 3000 on the clock and was like a brand new car which is unexpected in a rental car. Return was very easy and staff were very nice to deal with. Would definitely rent from here again next time I visit Richmond Hill.

I stepped out, went inside, walked straight to the counter asked if I could rent a car from Wednesday to Saturday..smallest car they had which was a Chevy outside. Proceeded by giving him My ID and credit card. I was questioned on what kind of card I gave him “ Desjardins Caisse Populaire “ it’s a bank. A visa was provided to him New style like TD Tangerine with the numbers written on the back NOT printed in the front. New style they just created…he said this was a Debit…I was confused it was a Visa…He told me to insert the card in the machine and then yet it was a VISA. THEN MY ID…was a problem apparently. It was damaged…really now. I showed him my health card..to show it was my face on my card. Then I mentioned I was a member I had a account with budget… Mentioned I rented from BUDGET A FEW MONTHS AGO. Still denied me a car… I’ve never been so insulted ! AS I READ IN THE COMMENTS SOMEONE WAS TARGETED BECAUSE OF JOGGING PANTS. maybe he didn’t like how I was dressed. I don’t know. But that’s ok…I choose to go to HERTZ and got my rental. Who ever manages this location CLEAR UP YOUR EMPLOYEES. They 1 lost business. Made me feel uncomfortable, like I was a target of something..made me feel low and not important. I WONT BE RENTING A CAR FROM BUDGET AGAIN. or TRYING TO.

I knew I was going to be late with the drop off and when I called I was told I’d be charged 75% and instead they charged me for a full day. Frustrating as I called their location - which told me about the partial charge - and their response was “you might have gotten through to the call center I don’t know what you’re referencing”.

When I came to pick up the car, they just said they couldn't accept my debit card and didn't even try to proceed the payment. As the result, no car (though it was a must for the weekend) and have to wait for the refund up to 10 days. Never going to use Budget car rental ever again

I missed not working with them during the pandemic. Looking forward to a whole bunch more rentals this year. Thank you ML and RL. You both are very much appreciated.
