★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very bad, I waited a lot for my food, although my order had been made over the phone long enough ago, and the workers prepared the food when I arrived, because they were only talking to each other before my arrival, I will not return to this restaurant !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst KFC restaurants in the Toronto area. Unfriendly staff, small portions, and dirty restaurant. All the tables are dirty and we had to wipe them ourselves. Moreover, the staff was not willing to give what it was mentioned in the menu (2 sauce) and we had to ask and point out the menu to get what we bought. They have drive-thru and free parking. Very unsatisfied; don’t come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this exact moment it says the location is open until 10pm, but it actually already closed at 8pm. I ordered online, paid, got the confirmation, only to show up and be told they're closed. Absolute waste of time!! What kind of fast food place closes at 8pm on a Saturday night?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio! Very friendly staff, chicken was battered very well and so crispy, fries are perfect and the potato salad was really good, the little container is quite small, a little bigger would have been good. Biscuits aren't anything like in the USA, but very comparable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The drink is always so gross. Last night I asked the lady for more hot sauce and ketchup as she only gave me 2 of each and she said she can’t give me more than 2 per person. WHAT??!! I’m a paying customer!! That lady is always at the drive thru and rude af. I don’t even know how she still has a job there. The restaurant is also dirty. I’m never going to that location again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Use your money somewhere else where you are actually appreciated as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love KFC until tonight. We got an 8 piece bucket. It was soggy and the bottom of the bucket was full of oil. The quality of the chicken was not fresh at all. Ordered large salads but they ran out and gave 4 small but charged for the large, not sure if it matched up . It was quick service but it seems like the guy behind the counter doesn't want to be there. He literally threw the order on the counter. I don't reccomend this location. ?
