β β β β β This is actually the most disgusting Wendyβs Iβve been to. The employees have a lot of attitude and should not be working in customer service. They clearly hate their job and they donβt wear hairnets. This is so nasty, there was a thick hair in my poutine. Do better.

β β β β β Wendy's food is pretty meh these days. This location has some friendly staff. That said, the place is filthy. Not sure if staff are inattentive or if management is understaffing, but there is food and wrappers all over the floor, tables are dirty, and the fountain station is a mess.

Service was fine.
This is a good location and the interior is good.

β β β β β This was the filthiest place ever. I was afraid to even eat my burger. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes being ignored by three staff. I had to raise my voice to get their attention. SOOO filthy. Please investigate. I wasted $12. Pitiful, just pitiful

β β β β β Ordered 2 Dave single combo, changed 1 side to a Caesar salad. No dressings were given and I swear those are spring greens for garden saladβ¦just because you throw on some bacon and cheese does not make it a Caesar.

β β β β β Worst experience. Clearly, they were somewhat busy. That being said, Lisa, standing directly in front of me at the counter with no other customers around, blatantly ignored me. In addition, as I looked over to the drive-thru to see two other employees standing there doing nothing - not even a car in the window nor an order being taken - they also glanced up, looked right at me and continued talking to each other. Not only was there no acknowledgment but I then had to ask if I was in the right place to have an order taken. While someone in the kitchen area answered me, Lisa, who was right in front of me, continued to ignore me. Busy or not, it takes less than 5 seconds to acknowledge a customer and say u will be right with them. Terrible.

β β β β β Late May 2022, weekend noon. It is a nice environment with wide space ro stay for some time of the day. Short staffing may nurture their indifferent mood and look. But at fellow countryman or woman, the scenario might not be the same, opens up, just my once awhile observation ! Actually, they have been working fast and furiously hard. ? The free coffee is nice and ? in June onward.
