I come to this location pretty often and it’s usually a quick experience. It’s very positive that in their drive through the microphone and speaker work perfect which is a rare sight I’m any fast food restaurant as I realized

Bad rude service. Bought 12 (2 boxes) of donuts. No bag given, when I asked for a bag, the manager threw me a small paper bag that can only fit 2 donuts inside maximum. When I asked for a larger bag, he said he doesn't have any. I asked what do they do with larger orders such as 2 combos. Then he threw a medium sized bag in my face. How rude ??

I ordered 1 spicy chicken habanero burger and 1 fries on 25th February. The burger had no sauce and the chicken was so bad. I loved McDonald's fries until yesterday. The fries were cold and there was no ketchup given even on asking. Really a bad experience. The staff really needs to work upon making the orders correct. ??

As a student of the neighbouring high school, this location of McDonald’s is always quick and efficient to serve students and teachers a like. Thought it can be busy at times, the staff are always patient and kind despite the stress and amount of students that come through the doors everyday.

Bad quality staff with bad attitude. Every McDonald serves the same menu items, but this Yonge/Bernard location McDonald added bad services into their foods. Management team needs to review staff with bad attitude and how these front cashiers serve customers, bad one must be fired. One older woman worked as cashier was terribly bad in this location. This is nothing to do with her age, but it was her terrible customer service manner. She needs to be kicked out. Go to another location instead.

Went to order and the woman made me stand there for 10 min waiting for a coffee. The other woman working asked her if I got my drink, she replied no I thought she cancelled it. I did no such thing, glad someone had the common sense to ask me and give me my drink finally. This wasnt the first time they've made mistakes on me so I will no longer come here sorry.

This is the 2nd time this location got my order twisted. I got happy meals for my kids and they forgot to add the hot cakes I ordered and paid for. I got to the park and about to feed my son and hot cake was no where to be found. It’s really upsetting ! This is the second time at this very location.

Busy location as always and it sets on a small plaza. Parking is tight. Their drive through employees were friendly, efficient and they took the orders quick. From ordered, picked up the food and got out from drive through around 10 minutes. Please keep up the good services !
