★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "The Roach Motel". I feel bad for anyone living in apartment 304. Filled with roaches. Bad for your health. Roach feces everywhere. They will bill you for appliances filled with them. Dont pay a dime to collections and it wont affect your credit. Theyve deleted my comment before but im back with a warning. Find yourself a condo. Pay the extra money. You deserve better. Plenty of crackheads live in that building. Run while you can. I have more pictures. Check them out on rent it or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $1760 a month for rusted doorknobs, dilapidated floors, no air conditioning, no thermostat or any temperature control, no range hood, no garbage chute and 3 washing machines to share between 56 units. but at least its not carpeted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On several occasions, my laundry has gone missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me by the building's management after I've panicked, thinking it had been stolen. Once, a basket of my laundry was placed on the floor directly outside of my apartment door so that I nearly tripped over it when I was leaving. It feels like my belongings are being stolen and I am being harassed.
The washing and drying machines are sub-standard. Sometimes, the detergent is not dispensed. Sometimes, the dryer is missing a piece. The washing machines all smell like mold.
There is always noise. I hear my neighbours' squawking bird and babies crying in other units. There is always noise from the roads nearby or the gas station next door. Road work and municipal work will be noisy at 1 AM on week nights.
My unit is on the side next to a gas station and that means the balcony is constantly covered in the dirt that drifts over. Often, we have trouble managing the flies that come in from the dumpster directly next door.
Finally, I see cockroaches in this building every day. Even with traps, integrated pest management techniques and treatments, I kill up to 2 roaches per day in my unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved from unit 308 to house in Whitby and thought that I would share my experiences at 9960 Bayview Avenue.
Management and staff were extremely nice, easy-going and helpful. They kept the building very clean. I had guests comment about how nice the "condominium" looked. I will miss the friendly people of the building and the great location. My stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
Keep up the great work, guys.
