T	Tyr Toyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building,lots of noise & you'll never have rest in this building,lots of noise barking teenagers yelling after 1am & on day look like daycare kids running screaming in hallways,pool closed most of time that's because anyone can walking from outside, honestly if I have pet wont let my pet to go to that swimming pool,sometimes middle of night you'll hear sound like blast BANG most of night & that's from building they know that too,bathroom can't use sink because hot water drops drop, if anyone wants to come to this condo before involving in this horrible place better be my guest for night also building management doesn't know...and doing nothing I'm stuck here because of my lease soon as finish I'll be free from this hell.....oh parking underground it's very dangerous I think this place build some handy man I promise the owner never use right architectural anyway there's lots of other problems but.....

b	bee me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo. Unfortunately your floor will smell like curry. Ive thrown up several times while pregnant. Your condo, if you're facing the back will smell like curry and the insides of other peoples condo will over trump your glades and candles. I have 7 set up. If you're on your balcony you won't get fresh air besides curry onions and garlic in the air. Once upon a time the floor use to smell as good as the main floor towards the dog park and additional businesses. If they could implement some sort of hallway spray or tell residents to use an air fan and stop opening the front doors to air out their smells but a window instead, maybe we would enjoy it more. Being a smoke free building is pointless if it smells like curry all the time.
P	Paula Matias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for a little over two years and had nothing but a great time living here, aside from the occasional noise from neighbors (which is a given in condo living). The management is excellent and has always looked at our concerns urgently. All the amenities you need are available here that are not typical to other buildings (ex. car wash in garage, bike storage, electric vehicle charging). The location is pretty great too for commuters (there's even a Go bus from union that stops directly at the building corner), mall across the building, plenty of groceries in the area, and bubble tea too!
