My name is Elaine Povering and I have lived at Richmond Hill Apartments, 15 Baif for 5 years and also at 45 Baif for 4 years. I have experienced nothing but a comfortable and content atmosphere in my apartments. The staff, Priscilla and Unica along with the Manager Nelia have done impeccable work in managing Richmond Hill Apartments. Their kindness, caring, service and understanding of the tenants needs make it a great pleasure to live here. I also commend the Management for the wonderful work they have done in maintaining both buildings and keeping them immaculate. I would highly recommend any friends or anyone else to rent at Richmond Hill Apartments and experience the comfort of home. I thank Priscilla, Unica and the Manager Nelia for all their hard work in making Richmond Hill Apartments a great place to live.

Great place to live, very clean, gardens are immaculate. Amenities are good. Regular maintenance is carried out i.e. carpet cleaning, windows, garage etc. Great community. Easy access to everything. I would recommend Richmond Hill Apartments

The building is really clean and well taken care off. I had excellent moving experience and happy with my apartment!

##":This building is doing Fraud."##. Read this review if you live at 15 or 45 Baif Blvd and decide to move. I moved on the 10th of April; I left the place spotless and clean. Nothing was damaged. After two months! I had a call from a Collection Company ! that you owe to Richmond Hill Appartements, they called me a Friday, and Monday was the last day of the month, and the collection company threatened me that if you don't pay, we report to your credit. I had no clue what was happening as some days before Collection Company's call, and I had talked to the office people; they called me to go to get some letters, we chatted friendly, and they said Nothing! First, I thought it was for my extra week's stay, which I had paid as a money draft. I called the office and was surprised by what Prescila and Nelia told me: deal with the collection company, you owe 720 for cleaning, a closet door is not working, and the fridge fruit case has a crack. They are a Rental company, and per my lawyer's advice, when you leave in a Rental building, you need to sweep the place and leave (however, I had cleaned everywhere). My lawyer said Rental companies could not charge people for Usage Amortization. They are doing Fraud, and the collection company is helping them. I never received an email, invoice, or notice; they just gave my phone call to the collection company "Go Beyond" to go after me! They let you go (friendly with hugs and kisses) and stab your back. I feel sorry for them, how a human being can be poor and miserable to do this. I am Following the case legally; I will write about what will happen in the future. SO, before leaving, get some signatures that everything is OK!

The building is clean and well maintained. I have had very prompt response to any repairs needed.. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for shopping, commuting and in a safe neighborhood. This is a comfortable community to live in.

I have lived in my apartment for over 3 months and am extremely happy that I chose it to be my home. It is bright, spacious and extremely well-equipped. The building is well-managed by the excellent on-site management team members who are very attentive to any concern that is brought to them. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly by the friendly maintenance team. All the staff are very friendly and keen to help with any residential issues. I now live close to Hillcrest Mall, shopping centres, plazas, major retailers and bus routes connecting me with access to downtown.
