★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from these guys, they have charged me 20% of the overall payment I loaned from them just because I was late for 2 days on one of the 12 payments to them. This is something unheard of and I'm reporting them to consumer protection. Response: I did speak to your customer service and they can agreed for me to pay something and settle but they again sent me another bill that had some more interest attached to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, the place is a scam. They have very incompetent and rude staff. I applied for a loan and repeatedly mentioned I didnt want their scam insurance , they never took it off and continued charging interest on it. They should be closed down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TJ (manager in Fairston in Richmond Hill location) was extremely helpful, I was able to get the loan over the phone within 20 minutes before they closed. And it was Christmas day with short hours. He helped with all the documents I needed and he provided me with alternative documents which I could apply with for the loan, taking into consideration my situation. I received money same day in several hours and my Christmas plans were saved! I do appreciate TJ and the Team of Fairstone for professionalism and their will to help!!
