★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very new to the hobby and was in the store today to look for some cards. Jay was working and was a GREAT help, I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them. We even got to talking about football seeing how the season just started. Ended up picking up some great cards thanks to his massive amount of knowledge and help. Will definitely be returning in the near future and would recommend this store to everyone new or old to the hobby. Thanks again Jay for all the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had mediocre experiences in the past however after calling to pickup a product and getting voicemail for over an hour decided just to stop by and rather than being assisted was told to leave because they owner was busy on a call.
Store had been open for over an hour and the open sign was on yet they couldn't be bothered to have a returning customer order a product and provide a sale. Not going to waste my time again rather I'll visit a store that likes customers buying products.

I walked up to the buzzer used it, waited and a man with glasses responded to me saying I'm in a conference call and walked away. I dont know which provincial regulation that is in accordance with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go here, they wont even give you the time of day. The man with glasses is very rude, as it seems in other reviews too im not the only one with this experience. Brought in some really rare sports cards and they look through your binder in 10 seconds, regardless what you have, and tell you they arent interested. They arent willing to buy anything, and just want you in the store to buy yourself. Very very rude, drove an hour for him to look through over 200 cards in less then 30 seconds. Beware, they wont buy your cards. Was going to buy a few boxes as well, even if they werent interested in the cards, but with how rude the service was ill just give someone else my money.

I recently rediscovered my love for sports cards collecting with my son and Collector's Dreams have provided not only amazing product at competitive prices yet the advice from the owner on particular years and differences in brands has helped me get back into the game. The selection on single cards - from baseball to hockey and soccer is fantastic as well as ton of selection on boxes from every major sport.. Great place for any collector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially excited to enter the store given that trading card stores are becoming rare day by day. I wish I had asked the gentleman's name but I did not. He was not friendly and seemed to be distracted. Honestly, it is a shame given that hobby shops should be a fun place. Ultimately, I would not recommend anyone to this store.
I still went ahead with my purchase as I believe in supporting small businesses.
