★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a BMO client for many years. This is the worst branch I have ever been. Particularly there is a staff (female with brown hair) who can block your normal request of service with any ridiculous or poorly justified reason. She doesn’t care about clients at all! She just want to finish her work hours... I say “normal request” because once you switch to another branch or another bank, every request was then approved! Absolutely no problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a BMO client since 2009 and never seen such a poor and unreasonable attitude and staff/management behavior at any other branches!! Even though this place is the nearest one to my new address, I will never walk in this branch even in urgent situation! Hopefully BMO Head Office consider all complaints and take a serious action for the branch performance and improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a reason why this branch have such a poor rating, The only reason why I opened an account here is because of distance to my house, I’m so glad I switched to TD which only a couple hundred meters away, for many things that BMO made a huge deal it was no problem with TD at all. Not to mention their app is so much better and the customer service is excellent, I recommend everyone to switch banks you will thank me later.
