★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended that I check out this boxing club and I'm so glad that I did so! This is one of the few cardio workouts that is actually fun and exciting. Each session is 45 minutes and time will fly by. Neat and spacious studio. Friendly crowd. The trainer is motivational, supportive, and friendly. Flexible schedule. Reasonable prices, check groupon for deals.
Great workout and overall great experience. I strongly recommend this place to anyone trying to stay in shape but feel that the traditional cardio is too boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a good concept but boxing was only about 10 mins out of the 45 min class and the intensity of training was quite low to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. I barely broke a sweat.. its a good place if you are just starting out on your fitness journey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Michael is an awesome guy, and the workout is exactly what I need. I liked it so much that I cancelled my gym membership as I found the routine allows you to push yourself as much or little as you want, which is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hector is absolutely fantastic.. I had a amazing time in group Zumba sessions..
Not only is Hector enthusiastic but makes sure the whole group is energetic, cheerful and up on toes.. there is never a dull moment in the whole session!
Also must say, the song selection is awesome and peppy
I enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend to anyone looking for fun time with a great workout!
