Stopped responding to emails, calls and when i asked about it, was told straight that i should work with another lender. Not happy with my overall experience. There are tons of other mortgage advisors all over in GTA and in Ontario, and i suggest working with them. Atleast you get someone who cares about getting and maintaining your business.
