The receptionist was kind enough to put me on to Samil Chagpar and I have been using his service since then. Samil has notarized many documents for me over the years, from Statutory Declarations, Affidavit of Witness, Probate documents, Certificate of Existence, Passports, Birth Certificates, Letters of Instructions and more.
Samil is very easy to connect with by email, even late evenings, and his responses are always immediate. He is always willing to work around my schedule and even meets me at short notice.
I feel a sense of comfort dealing with Samil, he is easy to talk to, I am always treated well and I am very satisfied with his professionalism and efficiency.
