Just a little insight into our situation myself and my ex have 2 young children under the age of 6 together. when we decided to call it quits emotion quickly ramped up and started to take over after interviewing and meeting with many lawyers In the G.T.A I found mr.Manavi from the first meeting we had his extensive knowledge in the field showed very clearly. mr. Manavi from the start listened to all I had to say took all my input into account and gave me choice of my best options keeping me in a position of comfort giving me some sense of control during the process mr.Manavi alway returned my emails and phone calls promptly every time and if any personal stress related issues arrised durning this process mr Manavi sensed the urgency an would contact me to keep us on the right track and moving with a great pace. in a very short time mr.Manavi had placed me firmly in the drivers seat and giving me. "the father" of the children full sole custody and a very very well written and clearly skilfully worded agreement that will keep me in control moving forward for many years to come.i will add during this process mr.Manavi went above and beyond my expectations he defiantly takes pride in his craft and is a man of his word he is a very skilful lawyer things like this only show true when you have real extensive hands on experience so thank you mr Manavi....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 8 years ago, Ali Manavi helped me through a very difficult divorce from a husband who's choice it was to separate, but continually stalled the process. Ali took time to explain my options and guided me through the process each step of the way. He was diligent with our communication by responding to emails and voicemails promptly. He also filed documents with the court exactly when he said he would. Without him I would have been totally lost. He is a kind, personable and intelligent human being who is knowledgeable and effective in his discipline. I received a settlement that was fair and allowed me to truly move forward with my life. I look back on this experience knowing my case was in good hands. I am sincerely grateful for all he did for me and would highly recommend him. I wish I thought of doing a review back then!

I’ve dealt with a few lawyers in the past and didn’t have the best experience with them due to their inability to empathize. I never gave them my business!
Mr. Manavi assessed my situation and helped me with my separation. He assisted me in finding closure to a decade long relationship that put a huge strain on myself and my two children. He had a positive demeanour from beginning to end, as well as a direct approach on how to manage my case.
Mr. Manavi and his legal team were persistent in their follow ups as they kept me informed via phone calls and emails through out the whole process and explained and prepared me for each step in detail.
As a mother of two children, I would highly recommend him in any family legal matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Manavi is the lawyer representing me at the family court since 2015, he guided me through some of the darkest times in my life, and he helped me to settle many issues that needed to be resolved in my divorce regarding child support, access, passports/travel, and custody.
The whole process seemed to be overwhelming at first however, I’m extremely satisfied with this experience because Mr. Manavi showed me what a professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and sophisticated lawyer is like. His passion and dedication shine through his work, he is so persuasive speaker at case conferences and motions. I got court orders to obtain passports and travel with my children without their father’s consent, also an order that any access shall be at my discretion and soon the sole custody.
The communication with Mr. Manavi via email was incredibly timely and very clear which made me feel very comfortable and to understand the path I was going on and to decide and plan for the next step, he always was one step ahead of the game.
Mr. Manavi is so polite and treats his clients with great respect as well as his assistant Ellen, she is so cooperative and professional.
Mr. Manavi always displayed professionalism and honesty during my interaction with him and never promised something he wasn’t 100% sure to achieve.
It was a privilege to work with Mr. Manavi and I really appreciate that he is my lawyer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called multiple law firms to get information and determine if the firm felt right. I called Manavi and was initially met with the same routine, please pay us for a consultation before we are willing to speak with you. I complained about this practice and how it was unfair. His tone immediately changed; as if he was reminded that normal people also exist. He later spent 30 minutes talking and listening to my situation while carefully not providing a legal opinion. I get the impression that he is one of the honest lawyers.
