★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julian Yang is professional, dependable and efficient. Recent he did my Will, Divorce and Discharge my 20 years old Mortgage. When you need him, he is here to assist you to solve the problems.
My mortgage was over 20 years old and paid off 15 years ago. I found the mortgage has not been discharged. And since it was so old, the mortgage company even can not find the record. Mr. Yang got my mortgage discharged in 2 weeks. Now I can transfer the title of my property to the new owner.
He is very helpful. I strongly recommend his legal service.
