★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go to this lawyer. He listened and acted knowledgeable and then he gave me the worst advice after I had given him all evidence to the abuse of my ex to me and my children. He recommended that I allow my ex who had abandoned us for 3 years to enter a plea after judgement had been given and I had been given sole custody. This would in effect invalidate my sole custody. He recommended that in exchange for that I should include child support and spousal support (see attached). Things that are my right under the Family Act. He also said if I did not agree then he would not represent me. So now I have lost legal aid because I can not change lawyers. Awful lawyer, awful service.

Very communicative & will go after hours to get the information across the board. I found the best possible outcome for my situation and could not thank Thomas more than enough for educating, sympathizing & strategizing the best possible resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas is an expert at drawing up documents. This is not just my opinion but the opinion of a judge. He is precise, FAST and thorough. He is cunning with his legal strategy and has the family's best interests in mind. Despite a brutal battle we all came out better for it. The mountain I had to climb seemed impossible and was looking like it would be a drawn out battle. He made a few intelligent suggestions that turned the tides of my case and ended things faster than I had imagined. Had it not been for Thomas and his advise, we would still be a broken family. He makes himself available way more than I do for my job! (and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only review to say that, it's true!). Extremely punctual, especially with court and deadlines. Multitasks his workload without me ever feeling put on the back burner. Easy to talk to without feeling judged. His communication is detailed and thoughtful. He is considerate and compassionate but will tell you the truth regardless of how hard it may be to hear (trust me, it's for your own best interests).
He has performed his duty as my lawyer with such class and integrity that I have come out of this feeling as if I have a new friend that I could trust forever.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you from my daughter. We will never forget you and what you've done for all of us :)

My case was complex but he was able to address every issue and make sure I was prepared for the court proceedings. He did a really great job helping me understand the law as it pertained to my case and my options moving forward. In what was a very stressful time, Thomas put me at ease.
