Both me and my wife got our eyebrows done by Maryam, all I can say is that we’re both so happy we ended up choosing her. I highly suggest Diva Brows to everyone due to the fact that in this pandemic they sanitize right before and after every client , quality work delivered, professional, natural finish, crazy amount of details on every stroke running through, most importantly Eyebrows done by her don’t fade away. Me and my wife are obsessed with our new look. We don’t know how to thank you Maryam ?? Worth every penny spent ?

I had my eyebrows done by Maryam last month. I just can say she is an amazing artist. I wouldn't be happier than this. She did a very professional job on my eyebrows. I had microblading and shading the result was incredible. I would highly recommend them for whom wants a very natural and beautiful eyebrows. The customer service was amazing too. I love the atmosphere there.

I wanna share you my bad experience here ,I have done scalp microblading for my hair with Elham around a year ago and it took two sessions to complete that but after a year most of microblading has been wiped out and the remaining becomes blue on that area and it looks horrible so I don't recommend anyone to do hair scalp here.

I would like to share my unpleasant experience with Baharak at Diva Brows so that hopefully others wouldn’t have to go through the same experience with her. I used to be her regular client and never complained about anything. The last time, I saw her for eyebrows microblading, I explained that I would like to have an arch shape and in light brown. She imposed her opinion on me that I should get dark and insisted on it despite my disagreement. Then she drew my eyebrows in rush and when I was looking at it in the mirror, she grabbed the mirror saying I was never picky before and that I was being picky on that day!!! So she didn’t let me to properly see the shape before doing it. During her work, she was on the phone and also talking to her admin making arrangements for other clients. After, she was done, I communicated with her that I was not happy with her job. She called me picky again and told me that I agreed on straight shape, which I never asked for, in fact I specifically asked for arch!! She was supposed to fix it when I go for touch up. She never answered my call for making my touch up appointment and when I booked through her website, she e-mailed me saying that because I communicated my dissatisfaction with her; she was not thinking it would be a good idea to go back to her for my touch up! I am very disappointed and wanted to let you know that I used to be her regular client getting different services by her. I never complained and this was the first time that I politely told her I was not happy with her job and in response I was dismissed and treated very unprofessionally. NOT recommended at all unless you are a person who always provides her with positive feedback because she has no tolerance for any negative feedback even when you communicate it respectfully. Although, I was happy with Maryam and other staff, I never go to Diva and will share my experience with my friends.

I was interested in microblading my eyebrows and found Diva Brows on Instagram. Melika answered all my questions via text promptly before my appointment. Melika is very professional and skilled in her trade. She communicated what she was doing throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. She showed me how my eyebrows looked at every step of the process. Melika made sure I was happy and had a chance to give my input on the results I desired. I highly recommend this salon for good service and the competitive pricing.

I had issues with the previous works on my eyebrows. My friend introduced Baharak through a friends who is a staff in this salone. I went there to see if they could help me. Baharak talked to me and promised it's fixable with laser (removal of the current brows) and microblading redoing but she didn't give me enough details on how the laser works and how its costs would be considered. When I asked how much would be the total costs, she said the removal and redoing would cost me $820 + tax. Hoping to get a fix by a professional, I let them to do the laser but after two weeks I realized that the removal needs more laser sessions which I was not told of the possibility. They said I might have needed 5 laser sessions which alone would cost around $1100 before tax! Not to mention that the microblading would be $600. So, after they ruined my eyebrows with laser, they said that the laser was not successful and the new cost to fix my brows would land around $1700 + tax!! If I was briefed honestly about the possible costs at the beginning, I would never opt in to this lengthy and costly procedure as my eyebrows were not all bad and I could live with them until they faint away. I thought $800 + something was okay and let them to laser my brows...Don't ever think that they were sorry or apologized to me. Baharak broke the news in the most rude tone and the most arrogant way possible. These people have zero sense of running a business and of customer service. They are not trustworthy and don't deliver their promises. Everyone is a sweetheart when things go well. The art of customer service glows (or hit the rock bottom) when problem arises. My personal take from this business? A bunch of unreliable unprofessional kids who think they are smart enough to allure people into a trap and make them miserable so they pay more than what they have to and out of frustration. No thank you! I found someone else who is not only good at this but also do it with ethics and care.

Today I had brows appointment with Maryam. She did an amazing job. My eyebrows now are very natural and beautiful.In addition to all talents & skills that she have, she is very nice and supportive. The front desk lady,Rezvan is very organize and it’s really easy to book an appointment with her. Great customer service at all in Diva brows 100% will recommend this salon to my friends and family and can’t wait to use their service again

Got my Microblading Eyebrow Tattoo done here and I couldn't be more happier. I had wonderful experience with Maryam and I truly appreciated her effort. Cant say enough She is very talented and professional! I absolutely love the result and can't wait to go back for touch up. I have and will definitely recommend Diva Brows to my friends and family :) Can't say enough Thanks a lot again Amazing team
