I went in today for my first appointment with Elnaz, and it was nothing short of amazing ! Extremely polite, fast and very knowledgeable in her work. I requested not to thin them out as the person I went to before had really messed up the shape. She explained where the shape needs work, how she will keep a few to maintain a line, and will not thin them as she can tell thin doesn't suit my face. I will definitely be going to her from now on and also for other spa treatments. Her prices are also very very very reasonable. Thank you :)

The salon is really clean, the services provided are extremely affordable and the quality of the products suggested and used are amazing. Not only for waxing but I got my eye brow threading done too and I couldn't be more happy with the way she did it. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Commuting to Markham for my waxing was taking a toll and I decided to look for a services within Richmond Hill. Of all the places, Ellen had the best reviews and now I can comment on why it is so. Ive now been going to Ellen for about 3 months and its has been such a wonderful experience. Ellen is friendly and the best with body wax service ? she ensures that each and every hair is out. Yes even that stubborn one that refuses to go. Over the Labour Day weekend, I decided to also get my eyebrows done and haircut from Ellen. Ellen being the delightful person, took my appointment on Monday (she wasnt working but decided to take me) thanks again Ellen! Ive been getting so many compliments on my haircut. Strongly recommend this place. Must try it, personalized professional service at its best.

She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. She is really good at what she does and thanks to her technique, it wasn't as painful as i was expecting and she really got each and every hair even the tiny ones. She used high quality wax and opened a new box for me and used disposable spatulas on sensitive areas of my body to eliminate the risk of infection. The whole place was very clean. The prices are very reasonable for such an amazing service. I am very particular about cleanliness because of the risk of transmission of diseases in spas but her place is spotless and she is the one I will be going back to. I would 100% recommend this place. You won't regret. Cheers.
