M	Mark A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Elena from “Here to Heal” for an excellent service. I wasn’t able to sleep for two weeks due to shoulder and neck pain. After one treatment I was able to sleep without any medication. After second treatment (one week after first one) all pain was gone. The treatment process was managed very professionally. First, I filled out a survey, second my body was checked to find pain points. Third, based on the results, Elena suggested a treatment in the form of cupping massage and acupuncture needles. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try, as nothing else worked so far. After I accepted the proposed treatment, the places where to initially put cups and places where to put acupuncture needles were identified. The treatment took one hour. At the end, I received instructions how to speed up the recovery and appointment for the follow up. The treatment was done at 8pm and the same night I was already able to sleep without taking any pain killers. I highly recommend Elena services from "Here to Heal" and if I have any health problems in the future this will be my fist stop.

I believe my back injury happened do to over training and not stretching properly post workout. For the first month the pain would move from my upper back to my lower back and it was very hard to do simple tasks. I was going to a chiropractor trying to fix my injury but saw little success and this was going on month two of everyday back pain. As a result, by the end of the summer 2021 season, my right shoulder was extremely painful, and the pain radiated to my elbow and wrist. It was affecting my work and I was contemplating wrist support. After a couple of painful nights, I decided to give acupuncture a try and asked for Elena's help. The result of the first session was unforgettable. The acute pain was gone. I came for the second session of acupuncture and Elena tested the pain level in my shoulder before starting the treatment. I said that there is no pain because she is testing the wrong side. It turned out that the side was right, my shoulder just did not hurt anymore. The 2022 winter tennis season 2022 was intensive and this time Elena had to tend to my knee pain. Same result, one session, and the acute pain disappeared! She listens carefully to your medical complaints, asks related questions and she makes examination and evaluation thoroughly. I had severe neck problem which radiated to both ears and as result I was not able to drive, sleep well, felt miserable all the time. it was hard to focus and get through the day. I saw 2 ENT specialists and 2 neurologists. No one knew how to heal me or at least ease my conditions. After 8 visits to Elena and acupuncture treatments my condition is much better.
