★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience that I’ve had from a laser clinic was in this place. Elham is very rude and unprofessional. She never write down your payments and every time charge you based on her preferance. Cancel your sessions in a very last minutes and after you waste your time and money with her and of course using her painful laser device, you’ll not see any result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my sister’s experience: the worst customer service, she had her skin burnt after laser, and nobody was responsible and responsive for that! “This is very usual after laser” this was their response. We had to spend more than thousand dollar for her skin treatment! Don’t wast your money and time and ruin your mental health with this center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanna burn your skin and damage your mental health, you can go for laser treatment in this clinic. They don't care at all saying that they have a very good insurance, so you wont get to any point even if you sue them. They are really confident burning people!
My skin got burned two times in this clinic by Elham, see photos. She has not accepted the responsibility also responded to my messages with inappropriate language.
Also, she is very careless regarding Hygiene. Not sanitize the stuffs unless you ask.
They don’t have computer based invoice or even a tracker for your payments and your service sessions. They write down on a piece of paper in a very unorganized way. And at the end of the day you are responsible to keep track of your payments. I have found several mistakes in their invoice worth over a thousand dollar- I have written proofs. They did not get my credit back even though they burned my skin.
Elham shares your confidential body information like the amount of hair you have in different parts of your body with other clients who know you.This is really unprofessional!
In terms of appointments, you'll be notified of your sessions at 10 pm the night before. you need to follow up several times to get an appointment, and your full body session might take 20 minutes or even less depending on their mood. this is my other friend's experience too.
