★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful 1hr massage here after looking for a place to book last-minute. The environment is friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable! The massage was excellent and the massage therapist was able to find exactly where my problem spots were and worked on them. I was also asked questions regarding my level of comfort for room temperature etc and I was very happy to be able to make choices that would make me more comfortable throughout the experience. I will be coming back here next weekend for physio, I am very excited! I feel better already and I’m happy to feel more comfortable in my body.

The receptionist Anna is so friendly and went out of her way to explain the services offered by their clinic. My massage therapist was excellent. I'd never had a massage like this before. My neck and shoulder immediately felt better and continue to feel better the next day. Convenient location, clean place, friendly stuff and professional therapist. I highly recommend.

He given me very accurate diagnosis, trigger point release and excellent exercises and corrections. Massage therapists are knowledgeable and really helpful and release my tension. I am happy that I have found this place that I can trust. Highly recommend.
