While working with Moosa it turned out they have a vehicle in stock that almost matched my build. Moosa shared his experiences driving Dodges and explained pros/cons of various features (Harman audio upgrade, adaptive cruise control, out of lane notifications, etc.). It helped me to choose what I really need. Moosa has a lot of practical knowledge and shares it in friendly, non-pressure way, so that I was able to make informed choices at my own pace. When it came to price negotiation, financial paperwork, and inevitable discussion about extended warranty, Moosa and Chris were extremely professional and helpful. I can truly say this was the best experience buying a car from a dealer in my 20+ years in Canada. There was no pressure, no unexpected turns, just honest help every step of the way. As a result I got new Durango R/T 22 today (few days after walking in for the first time), rather than waiting several months for factory order, especially in these times of chip shortages, supply chain issues, and whatnot. Delivery was smooth, all features of the car were explained and demoed. Great experience overall, I can recommend this dealership without any hesitation to anyone who is looking for a Durango, Charger, or Challenger.

I met Domenic through a family friend and I am really blessed to have been able to work with him. He walked me through what I want and what I don't want. He was upfront and honest and a great gentleman to work with.. I had a truck on order through them and it turns out the manufacturer cancelled the build.. so Domenic went he found another one for me. Chris was great too, helping work out the numbers and a sweet guy too (p.s. dog people are great people). Overall, really good experience and would recommend to my family and friends.
