★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience with RH Subaru was a great one so I decided to bring my uncle here for his next vehicle; this was not a mistake. Spoke and dealt with Michael, amazing guy, easy to talk with and definitely knows his stuff. Made the process extremely easy, especially for clients whose English isn't their forte. Michael took the time to explain things step by step, was patient with answer questions and didn't cut any corners in the final delivery despite the snow falling! I would recommend RH Subaru and Michael in a heartbeat for providing an excellent experience and bringing back the humanity in car buying, especially in current circumstances. Thank you!!

My past experiences with dealerships have not been great.
The journey to purchasing my first ever Subaru was easy as well as amazing! All do to Michael February! He drove to my house which was approximately an hour away to show me the vehicle I was interested in. I thought that was an excellent way in showing someone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Michael was very professional, kind and courteous when he was reviewing the vehicle with me, showing me features and such. He added class and humour to the experience!
When taking delivery of the vehicle I purchased from Michael February at Richmond Hill Subaru, he made sure that the vehicle was gleaming and that the water spots were off the vehicle before handing over the keys.
You don’t find that at any other dealership, well I haven’t in my years of purchasing vehicles that is.
If you are going to purchase your next vehicle, I highly highly highly recommend going to Richmond Hill Subaru and get in touch with Michael February! You definitely will not regret it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience from start to finish. After simply asking for more info on a vehicle, I received 2 responses almost immediately. One from our salesman Mo, and one from the sales manager. The communication with Mo was easy right from the start. Being out of town, I wasn’t able to see the vehicle in person right away. He provided multiple additional pictures and answered all my questions honestly and in a timely matter.
Once comfortable with pursuing this vehicle, Mo agreed to make accommodations to meet me with the vehicle to go for a test drive. Not only after hours, but on a Sunday. I feel this is over and above most sales service. From the start he was always very honest and never pushed anything upon me. Just continued to answer all questions and address any concerns immediately.
After the sale was final, the communication hasn’t changed. The service is still on-point and any issues or questions are being dealt with unlike other places who would have simply washed their hands after the deal. I highly recommend Mo and the team at Richmond Subaru for a smooth and transparent transaction, and helping our family get into what we needed on budget.

Got my vehicle in just 2 days even it was a weekend and a spike of covid pandemic. Really nice place and people to select your next car. We have leased a Subaru Onyx edition for 2 years , great car with premium safety features. My older one just received G2 and I feel we did the right choice going with Subaru. 5 stars for service without a doubt!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i decided to buy an outback went to one of the nearest showroom in North York and had a very bad experience since the sales person was fixed on my budget and he was not interested to explain the features of the car that does not fit into my budget. When he asked for my budget i told a number and he just stick to it. He kept telling it does not fit into your budget and moreover they did not have any outback in stock. I believe the motto of the sales executive should be to convince a customer to buy the best. But when i checked in Richmond Hill Subaru they had the outback in stock and the entire process is very smooth. Sales person Mo Hosseini was very helpful and he explained the features in detail. Buying experience in Richmond Hill Subaru is very smooth and now i have my Subaru Outback Limited driving it for past 2 weeks.

Mo was the person who I booked with. He had a very good knowledge and patiently answered and explained all my questions. He gave me the best option of deal with the financial and the quality of the car. Sam is my anger expert that work with Mo he is the person who help us to get all financial paperwork done in like a price of cake. I was really happy with all honesty, profession, integrity, safety and peace of mind buying my son car. We really love the car and the quality of the car.
