★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vladimir is very nice, polite, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He will only charge you for the work you need and he knows what he is talking about.
If you need some work, a simple oil change or anything vehicle related take a chance of this mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlad is very thorough mechanic. No rush no gimmicks he is a real professional. I've serviced my car at BA for a number of years and always was getting top-notch service. Vlad is very honest and not going to charge you more and add something what is not needed. Highly recommend. Make sure you have a reservation since his services are in demand! It's really difficult to get a walk-in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest, punctual and professional services are very rare when it comes to mechanics ... but this is what I personally experienced when immediate need arose to replace my brakes. I was given a fair and practical assessment given my upcoming lease return situation and received timely service at a very competitive price. The price ended up to be exactly what was actually provided during the assessment. Highly recommended will be back when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking the appointment was very nice and easy. They sound like a family business and Vlad's son and wife are both very nice and helpful. They answered my questions before I went in.
Vlad was very polite and attentive. He answered the questions I have and was not pushy. He explained the mechanics of the brakes and how the drive would feel for different options. He emphasized that it's up to me to decide if I want to replace my rotors now or let the fairly new brake pads wear off first and not throw them away to waste.
I had tons of questions but he answered them patiently and made sure I actually understand everything without being condescending about my lack of knowledge. I was very comfortable and had a lot of fun learning. He showed me what surface of the part is ok to have rust on and what is not and estimated how much km I can drive before I need to replace some parts. When I asked if it's ok to let it be, he reassured that it's ok to drive with a car not being under optimal performance as there's no safety concern. He taught me to understand the limitation of my car is different from having safety issues.

I no longer live in the area, but continue to have these folks service my vehicles simply because they are incredibly honest, flexible, stand behind their work. They are the easiest shop I've ever dealt with, and I just appreciate the straight honesty of what actually needs repair. From head gaskets, to bearings, to suspension and pretty much everything else.
