Wellsprings Medical Spa

This review is in regards to the Etobicoke location. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC. In October 2015 I purchased a full syringe to inject my lips with, as this was my first time I wanted to use half the syringe, and save the other half for another visit. During my appointment the nurse was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not listen to how I wanted my lips to look. I had half a syringe left, and I asked her if she could package it and save it for my next visit. Her answer was that they do not save syringes, and that they "discard" the product regardless how much you have used. A few days later, I called the Wellsprings back and spoke to the manager. He told me that they save and store the syringes if you do not use the full syringe. To compensate my missing syringe, he promised me that for my next appointment he would give me a full syringe for the price of a mini. I called back today to set up an appointment and spoke to the same manager. He was extremely rude and sounded very stuck up. He was obnoxious on the phone and this is very unprofessional because as a manager you would think he would have some kind of customer service. He told me I was lying, and that I used a full syringe. Why would I lie about something like this? Regardless of the product, if I had the opportunity to go else where, I would not think twice. This place offers poor service in general and deserves nothing more than one star. After my appointment my bottom lip was COMPLETELY bruised for a whole week, the nurse told me that this was normal however after talking to other clinics and seeing other results I found out that this was not true. The general rule of thumb is that you get what you pay for and with this place that is definitely the case. If you want disgusting results and poor service than this is definitely the place. I might sound but my theory is the nurse STOLE half my syringe to use for herself! Caution.. Think twice before you book your appointment.

Michelle and the staff at Wellsprings are amazing! I've seen Michelle twice and she's always so welcoming and friendly. She makes sure you are 100% happy with your treatment/service. I can't say enough good things about her and the one lady at the front desk (I'm blanking on her name). I'll definitely be back for more services in the future. Thank you Wellsprings!

Called Wellsprings received voice mail left a message to call me back for an appointment. Waited a day, called them until I got a live person. Booked a Friday March 19th appointment (they gave me a time for 1:30pm). About 10 minutes later another girl returned my voicemail call not even knowing I spoke with reception and booked. Decided to call and confirm my appointment for march 19th at 12:49 pm to make sure before I leave work. Good thing she said I am not even booked in her system. I tried to explain the above. HER RUDE ATTITUTE WAS WELL WE HAVE NO SPOT for YOU as your appt did not EXIST. Rather than saying my apologies for the miss hap - we have a cancellation at 3pm if you would like to take the spot! THIS JUST PUT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH - DECIDEDED TO READ REVIEWS... AND NOT GOOD FOR INJECTIONS - THIS IS A HARD PASS!

Terrible experience. I went to get fillers in my lips and explained that I wanted a natural look. A doctor came and saw me for maximum 1 minute as a formality. I was taken to the room and reemphasized I wanted a natural look and asked to do half a syringe to start. The nurse (forgot her name) injected half the syringe and said I wouldn't see any results unless I put the whole syringe. I listened to her "advice". My lips immediately were swollen and uneven and I expected that. Days passed by and the swelling would not reduce and the lips were uneven. I even went back 3 days later asking her to dissolve it and she said no. My lips were completely uneven and I was so embarrassed. I haven't gone back since and this was in summer 2017. Since then I've been to another medical clinic- who had to dissolve the left side to make it even, and experienced such amazing results! They don't know what they're doing, they don't care about your face, they don't care about what you want- very disappointed.

I never write reviews but to hopefully save someone the trouble. I have been to Michelle 3 times for lip fillers and each time only being worse. She does not use a proper technique when injecting. Michelle was unable to fix her mistakes and only made more of mess. Now that I have been somewhere else, I know the difference and it’s a BIG one. Wellsprings is not professional or sanitary. When properly injected, major lumps and uneven lips should not happen. The staff is friendly as well as Michelle but I HIGHLY do NOT recommend

I’ve been going here since I was 16. I went here 2 weeks ago and got my lips done, loved the results but noticed one side was a little less than the other. I called them and they told me no problem, we’ll fix it for free! Just left my second appointment, happy with my results & how professional and sweet they were the whole time!

TERRIBLE overall experience. Customer support and care is ZERO. My face was injected with god knows what, as there are ZERO results after a month of waiting. Also as its my first time having botox done, 20 units should show very well. Yet, results are zero even though they chose to inject 25 units - without asking - . Michelle's husband was the one doing the injection - a nice man, seemed respectable. However, upon reaching out to discuss this matter - I was informed to wait a "little longer" and then "call to arrange a correction appointment" Upon attempting to do so. of course they chose to not answer the phone, respond to messages, or call back. One star is too high of a rating.

I’ve been going to see Michelle for over 6 years and now still continue to go after she retired. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I never feel rushed, it’s very clean and you are never left waiting. The new renovations are beautiful and honestly I have never ever had a bad experience! Always 100% happy. They always guarantee their work once everything settles if you need any adjustment to the procedure they gladly do it for you! Fantastic place hands down! I highly recommend!
