C	Cindy Zhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my DTP shot and it was a very easy process. My first time here, the receptionist was super sweet and kind. The waiting time was about 45minutes maybe so bring a book. The place is organized and clean. Also the doctor was super kind. She was charismatic and funny and got my shot done within two minutes maybe. Glad I came here.
A	Anonymous Advocate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time in the walk in clinic is ridiculous! There is a very high doctor turnover rate so don’t expect to have a consistent GP here. Dr. Lavinia Mascan needs to get coached and/or mentored on professional patient/doctor interactions. (as well as employer/employee relations, as I have seen her treat her front staff terribly). When under stress she has horrible people skills. I would suggest she does not run a Walk-in Clinic as she is unable to handle the pressure. Instead, she needs to stick to booked appointments that are adequately spaced out to alleviate the stress . This way she will not take out her frustrations on patients, which makes her become very unprofessional. If she is able to find a way to manage office hours that accommodate her stress tolerance levels she would be an okay doctor.

It is because I did research on my condition and she will not direct you on the right path and give you the right information. I crossed checked her with another doctor as well and it has been confirmed a few times so far. BE CAREFUL with this doctor!
J	John Papas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has been in the neighborhood for 10 years and it is great! We are happy with the service and the doctors are professional, knowledgeable and quite nice! So is the staff! And they have been around for years! Some of the previous (negative) reviewers obviously didn’t obtain what they expected and are upset… I did not see any of the events or behavior they are describing in the many occasions, over the years, I went to this clinic. It is true that it could be busy at times and there may be some waiting, but there isn’t much the doctors can do other than see every patient one at a time. I would recommend this clinic!

Sometimes it is hard to see her but then Dr Mena Megallie takes over and is equally courteous, kind and excellent doctor. They both make a good team and provide utmost care. Thank you doctors. God bless you. Their secretary Angella & Denise are prompt in replying calls. Thank you all.

Dr. Mascan is my family's primary physician but I have also had Dr. Megellie when I needed an appointment and she wasn't available. Both are very knowledgeable, thorough and have always taken the time to address any medical issues we've had.

Every time I call to try and book an appointment I have to wait at LEAST 1 week, but usually am told 2-3 weeks is the next available appointment. Honestly, what is the point- I always end up going to the walk-in clinic when I am sick or have problems. I can't even get a 5 minute phone call for a prescription refill without having to wait a week.
