★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today to book appointment for my 5 years old son it suppose to be a walk in clinic and the lady who answered the phone doesn't allow me to come to see any pediatrician she told me to do covid test for my son and if the result is negative i can book the appointment
Very frustrated and never call this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son two times for emergency and they accepted to see him right away. Dr Rezvani is very professional and knowledgeable. We also had the chance to meet dr Roushdi who was very responsive and explained everything very well. The. Receptionists are also so helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kid was sick I talked with the secretary she checked my phone number and everything she put my kid name in list checked the health card then I even asked them when doctor will call me they said before 5 pm.
I waited till 5 pm, I called so many times they did not answer and they didn't call me ???.
It is the second time that doctor didn't call me when I was waiting for his call seriously ?.
If I was aware that they won't call me, for sure before I would do something else and would go to the hospital before my another kid coming back from school????.
It was the worst thing ever. The most unprofessional thing.
I am really upset and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this Walk-In-Clinic. I have been there all of twice since living in Richmond Hill and always had a great experience.
I called yesterday (Sept. 17th) to ask if I can get an appointment for my son for today (Sept. 18th) and they were able to do so.
The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The doctor was on time, we decided to pick up my son's prescription there (since there is a Pharmacy right next door) and amazing service as well.
I would definitely go again.

The Doctor is very professional and knowlegable.
Cons:
Not a walk in clinic. The clinic's hours is 12 pm to 4 pm on Sundays. I got here at 12:20 with my toddler but the receptionist told me that they are booked for the day and she can give us an appointment for the next day. This defeats the purpose of going to a walk in clinic. If I could affort waiting a whole day, I would just go my own Pediatrician, not a Walk in clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up at the clinic without an appointment. They were considerate and saw my child immediately. We waited only for 5 minutes before he was seen. All in all a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually called a number of times before my call can get through since they mentioned they do not take voicemails. But it's worth it if you really need an in person walk in appointment for your little one.
