S	Susan Mccallum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had been coming to this clinic for 18 years . Dr Mutakistna is excellent. Dr Chong and Dr Muthalingam are also very good reliable doctors. The receptionists are helpful and polite.

A	Ashley Eddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr shanti muthulingam asked me to come tonight from 2-7 I asked to make an appointment for a specific time and was told just to come in. I arrived at 6:10 and the office was closed but lights on and receptionist there. The receptionist came to the door to tell me Dr Muthulingam had something to do tonight. I was sent for a ton of blood work Friday and was hoping to book further necessary appointments. I was very much made me to feel as if my appointment and my needs as her patient do not matter to her and I will not be seeing her again.
d	diana ciccone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst receptionists I have EVER encountered! They are rude, ignorant, unprofessional and inconsiderate towards patients health and wellbeing! Every time I have to go see Dr. Chong I cring from the awful service!!!! I feel like they are all 13 year old girls who have no life experience and genuine care for patients! I have been left on hold for 15 minutes at a time, forgotten about, had to call back to remind them to send forms to other doctors, been given attitude for their lack of competence. I question where they found these kids. They make this clinic an overall horrible experience!

When you do finally get a hold of them nine days later, you are received with this attitude as if you owe them something. I really don't recommend wasting your time trying to get a hold of these guys for medical advice. You'll probably be worse or healed by the time you hear back from them.
Y	Yisong Tian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chong is my family doctor for almost 20 years now. She is absolutely wonderful. She is not only an excellent medical doctor but also a fantastic person. She cares about her patients and listens to their discussion of the symptoms. In my own experience, she remembers what has happened to me in the past, both health wise and in personal life, and can quickly figure out what is now wrong with me. Ever since I walked into the door of Richpoint Medical Centre when we moved to the neighborhood some 20 years ago, Dr. Chong has taken great care of me and other members of my family . Even though my daughter has her own pediatrician, we often took her to see Dr. Chong instead when she gets sick because Dr. Chong gave her better care than her own pediatrician! Of course, Dr. Chong does not work there every day and we sometimes see Dr. Song or Dr. Mutakistna. They are also great doctors and we always get great care from them as well. Keep up the good work, doctors!
