★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with a wonderful staff. Not pushy in anyway and friendly. Although price was non negotiable they made an effort to sweeten the deal. It’s the little things that count which can make or break a choice. In this case IIan was very kind and personable and spoke to us in an attentive and considerate way. It was a long drive from Niagara Falls but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible experience at Alta! I had been considering a bigger vehicle for a long time and popped into Alta to have my current vehicle at the time appraised. Everyone I encountered was polite and patient, contrary to what I had been encountering as of late. I met with Yash who walked me through all available models— new and used which checked all the boxes I wanted. He was so informative and I did not once feel pressured or intimidated. I landed on a 1 year old Rogue and I am absolutely thrilled! We were so happy with everything, my husband also traded his vehicle for a brand new Sentra! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilan is a great help. He was very patience to provide all the questions I had regarding the car that I wanted to get. When he was unsure, he went to service department or his manager to gather information for me. He did it multiple times as I had more new questions. He was very patience and make the transaction very easy and comfortable for me. Another person, Vlad also provided me a lot of information regarding the car market. They both helped me to make the best decision on the car I got. I really appreciate their help. Finance manager Kashif also provide me a good guidance on what warranty I should get. In general, I had a very good experience and I really appreciate their help

The service was great and was super accommodating. Had an unknown issue when traveling on the highway and the technician was able to test drive and identify the issue even though there was recently a snow storm.
Had to leave my car there for a few days due to no parts for my car but they provided me a loaner so I wasn't hindered by this issue.
I was notified about my car frequently when they were trying to find my issue and everything was clearly described to me.
Only recently got my car back but in terms of service, I'm currently giving it a 4/5. I will edit this post later to update how the changes to my car has been fixed/not fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with a wonderful staff. Not pushy in anyway and friendly. Although prices are crazy right now (where are the cars with good promo?), the sales rep Ali Rostami was friendly, non pushy and a great guy, I test drove 4 cars before deciding. I got a good deal at near invoice (although expecting greater discounts but with these shortages and all, even car companies are not sweetening the deal).
Financial manager Kashif Sear was also Non pushy, friendly and a nice guy. Deal was smooth and we were out within a couple of hours.
Overall, a great dealer experience. Got 3 years free oil change too :)
