Stay away from rudeness! If you don't care we don't care... We've been with HAHA Salon for over 3  years and haven't got issues until this morning. I brought my 10-year-old son to the HAHA Salon and got an awful experience. When we arrived at the barbershop, there were 3 barbers (2 gentlemen and one lady. One is the owner who is a tall guy with glasses) and 6-7 customers inside the barbershop. Given the current situation of the Covid19 pandemic, we decided to wait outside of the barbershop for social distancing. While we were waiting, a lady customer and her teenage son entered the shop and sit to wait. To avoid any confusion, I opened the door and told the owner barber we are waiting outside for the services. 10 minutes later, through the window, I saw the lady customer's teenage son approached a barber chair and got a haircut from another barber and I didn't mind since I usually appoint the owner barber to give us haircuts. A few minutes later I saw the owner barber completed a haircut for a customer and it was our turn, so we entered the shop. The owner barber pointed to the lady customer and told me her son is already in service and they came together. I told him we came first and we are in front of them, we just waited outside and I also told you in advance. The owner barber felt offended and yelled unpatiently: they are waiting inside and they are together. I told him I was waiting outside with my toddler son and we didn't come in to wait because we didn't want to stay in the room with many people. The lady customer was honest and proofed we came before them and told us it's your turn to get haircuts.  After the owner barber heard that, he unwillingly accepted my son sitting on the chair to start the haircut. I then went out to wait. A few minutes later, another barber completed his service with a customer and called me in. I politely told him I rather wait for the owner barber who was serving my son. Firstly he doesn't have to sanitize gears after my son and secondly I usually have him give me a haircut.  Somehow the owner rushed out angrily to tell me I won't cut for you and I am busy. I was surprised by his overreaction. I re-entered the shop and stood at the corner to watch until he finished the haircut for my son. He was still angry and obviously didn't want to cut for me. After I paid the bill for my son and asked he did that. He threw the change on the counter and shouted you can choose the barber and I have the right to choose the client. My son was scared to cry and dragged me to leave. Yes, he might be right, that's his barbershop and he might have the right to choose customers.  Does that mean he has the right to be rube to the customers? Does he have the right to jeopardize customers' health to force people to stay inside for waiting for the service during the pandemic?  If you don't care about your customers we do care!

Great experience with this hair salon on Monday. They are the barbers that would like to listen to your needs. Very professional and in a timely fashion. Price is as good as those in this area but definitely I would like to revisit even though it takes a bit longer to drive to. Good job!

This place has to learn to clean their brushes and shavers before using it on other people. It's a health violation. You think people want other people's hair and lice on them? They keep raising the price too, used to be 8 then 10 then 13 now 15.

Excellent place for a haircut. Use to give $8.00 haircuts but even with the increase to $10.00 now, still a great deal. My 12 y.o son wanted to do something fun for the start of the school year so he had a wash, cut & highlights done for $35.00.... and it turned out amazing for him. Where are you going to go to get that? They are fast and good at what they do. Those who complain about the service are completely silly and ignorant. They are 2 young Chinese brothers and sisters trying to run a business and deliver a good service. It is not a Posh salon that offers you a cappuccino and a foot massage. If you want that, go pay those super over priced salons with hairdressers who chat you up and pretend they are your best friends. You are going for a haircut, not a therapy session. All in all, highly recommend this place!

Do not go here! The guy was so rough when cutting my hair and was very rude. He was getting mad at me for asking him to adjust my hair. After he forced me to tip him when I didn’t want to after the rudeness I experienced! And overall it was a horrible experience! Think twice before going here. I am never going back.

Very bad barbershop I've never seen. The male hairdresser was very rude and unprofessional. I waited in the store for more than half an hour, and then an old man cut in the queue. The female hairdresser also knew that he cut the queue, but she didn't say anything but told me that it was my turn next, and then the male hairdresser told me that I can't cut your head. Excuse me? ? ? ? If you can't cut your hair what kind of barbershop you run, and it's just a simple men's head push, just push off the sides. If you can't reduce it, won't you tell me in advance that I'll be waiting here for almost an hour? Wasted an hour of my time and was very rude and disrespectful. Very, very bad shop with no sense of service industry. I will never go here again, if you want to spend money to enjoy being angry, ignore this sincere review.
