I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Brek was friendly, helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Scott was flexible and made it work so I didn’t have overlap with my Ford lease that was coming to its end. Tatiana was quick and clearly knew her stuff. Excellent communication and clarity. Greg was my salesman. From the start he was professional and a good listener. Trying to understand what a client needs is an arduous task, but Greg was ahead of the curve. Courteous is the best way to relay his expertise. I believe /know one cannot go wrong purchasing a vehicle from this location

Helping my Daughter-in-Law and her Husband (my Son) get their 2014 Hyundai Accent back on-the-road after it had sat unused on their driveway since the start of the Pandemic... They had bought the Car new from Richmond Hill Hyundai, and they have used for only 103,000kms. The paint on the hatch has not held up well, and is flaking-off in large pieces. I took it into two body shops, and they both provided that they had never encountered such an issue, and certainly not with a new car paint job. They suspected that the Hatch was perhaps painted at another Hyundai or sub-Contractor facility (since it is the only spot on the car with that problem), and the paint and/or primer must not have been applied in a properly-controlled (temperature and humidity) environment. They estimated about $1000 to repair properly (strip right down, etc. and repaint entire panel), but as this is very obviously a quality-control failure at manufacture, they suggested I take up the matter with Hyundai. I applaud the GM at the Richmond Hill Hyundai for responding to my email detailing the issue, and for involving himself personally in the matter. He had me drive to the dealership, and presented the case to Hyundai Canada, which subsequently rejected the claim (with no reason cited to defend the poor quality of the original paint). The GM at Richmond Hill Hyundai also offered no credit or compensation or incentives. I will be placing my future car acquisitions with other manufacturers and dealers, that need and want the business, and better-support their Customers.

My first in-person visit was well received by Marc who then passed my inquiry to his team member Sam. Both Marc and Sam had explained things to me in detail and was transparent about the current market conditions. Throughout the process, they offered great service, was patient, and very informative - I would recommend these two gentlemen for anyone considering Hyundai! Looking forward to seeing you again on delivery!
