Special shoutout to Nova, who, it felt like genuinely wanted to help me find the right car. He was transparent and patient throughout the process. By far the best car sales person I have dealt with. I would highly recommend asking for him if you visit the Downtown Hyundai showroom.

You hear all these stories about sales at dealers misguiding you if you're young and a female but Glen made the process so smooth and I didn't feel intimidated. He was so patient, thorough, transparent from beginning to end, and communicative. I also really appreciated his sales manager, he was super friendly and honest with everything as well. On the sales side, Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. We really loved his energy and positive attitude during the entire process. Even though he had a full schedule when I called in to book a test drive, he still made time for us. Also want to give a shoutout to Nayanika, another sales representative at the dealership. While Alex was wrapping up with another customer, she made herself available, and answered any questions we had even though this wasn’t her sale.
The financing process was a breeze. Ronak was completely transparent about the fees, and helped us pick the best options based on our situation. This is usually the worst part of the process in my experience, but Ronak never pressured us to make a decision. We were given all the time we needed to go and compare quotes, and mull it over with our accountant.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and purchase!
