Joel is amazing sales person and has excellent knowledge regarding the cars which you are buying. He helped me a lot in finding a good certified car for me. Manager Viqas has helped me a lot as well in making the whole documentation process easier for me, they both have been so helpful. Highly recommend them to talk with if you are getting the car.

J	James D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (TL;DR - I went in for a 2022 black civic hatchback LX listed in stock on their site. Iris is awesome and Joseph in finance was very professional. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but Iris helped me put a deposit on one coming within the next few weeks. Review will be updated when I receive the car.) I'm a first time car buyer and I was expecting a stereotypical car salesman, but I'm very grateful I had Iris. She was very professional and friendly, and patiently answered all of my dumb questions. There was some miscommunication between sales and management, but Iris' professionalism helped alleviate my concerns. Unfortunately I have to wait a few weeks for my car to come instead of the three day wait I was expecting, but it's not a huge issue. Joseph from finance walked me through the payment and made it easy to understand, and he also didn't get frustrated with me at my endless questions, so props to him because I can definitely get annoying. He's very driven and can get a bit overzealous, but he never pushed too far or got aggressive. I enjoyed talking with him and appreciated him letting me have some space to read up on the warranties on my own at a later time. He and I spoke on the phone later and it was a pleasure talking with him and having him (again) answer my endless questions. I half expected aggressive employees who only pushed sales, but I was pleased to deal with Iris and Joseph. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted, and I never felt pressured or tricked into paying more than I intended.

As an informed customer, I visited all the Honda showrooms in Toronto. None could match the service provided by Joel Michael. He first took me on a test drive and explained each of the functions of the car. I told his manager that I purchased the car from Honda Downtown because of Joel. No other Honda showroom cared much about helping me out, they were interested in selling only. The Finance Manager George made me understand the different additions that should be done for a smooth ride. I am very impressed with the overall service provided by them and highly recommend Honda Downtown to everyone.
