Excellent work done on my car! Extremely happy with the quality of the work and the warranty for the work completed. Also extremely happy with the customer service. From the moment I brought my car, Filomena has made me feel welcome and took care of everything in a timely manner. Communication was excellent throughout the process both times, and my car was delivered when promised on both occasions. I hope my car will not be in a situation where I will need an autobody shop, however if a future incident occurs, I will without hesitation bring my car to Assured.

The staff worked with me and assisted while I dealt with the insurance company trying to claim me at fault. Once I was found not at fault the Insurance deemed it a total loss. I was upset thinking I'd be forced to buy a new car without the budget, but Abiram T. worked with me for over a week to reduce the cost of my repairs by over 70%. I ended up paying less than I was quoted for a cash deal at another shop, and Assured even cleaned the dog hair out of my car before returning it. Couldn't be happier with the service I receive, lots of integrity and very professional.

Although we were initially unhappy with our experience (which to be honest, was probably steered by Intact Insurance's lackluster support), the manager of Assured Contacted me immediately upon hearing of our frustration, and went above and beyond to make everything right. It's possible for things to not go right in an insurance claim, but what truly makes a difference if when a company listens to and understands their customers' concerns. A big heartfelt bravo to Assured! Much appreciated.
K	King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not faithful, not reliable, high price, long time... At the location, only one man is on duty. He frequently doesn't answer calls from customers. And he never calls back even though the customer left phone number by recording voice messages. If you visit this shop to get an estimate, you'll be surely disappointed because you won't be provided with it on the spot. All the crew does for an estimate is to take pictures of the car and send it to someone else. In such a situation, an accurate estimate cannot be made. Their working place is 10 Km away from the location(It is nothing but the reception office). It means you may lose 2 days in vain. It takes time for a round trip between the office and their working place. I'll never recommand this shop to others.
B	Bruce MacNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two cars repaired at this location in the past 3 years. A 10 year old Volkswagen Jetta that was rear-ended and a brand new Honda Pilot. In both cases the repairs were indistinguishable from new. My only real negative regarding this location is the lack of parking and the absence of accessibility to anyone of less-than-perfect agility. The lot and facility is small and cramped into a corner so there is literally nowhere at all to Park which is odd for a car repair location. The building is slated for redevelopment so this situation should change fairly soon. Abby offered excellent advice regarding the repair of my vehicle and this was completed in conjunction with my insurance company. If your insurance company is suggesting you go to assured Automotive I would not hesitate.

They were polite, engaged, and their estimated time for the work was precise. The care was repaired beautifully, and the interior was cleaned as well. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do need any work done on a car, I know where to go!
M	Mark Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. They went above and beyond!! Alex was the customer service representative that initially handled everything for me. He even offered me a ride home when the rental car company said they were too busy to drop off a rental car. My car had some of the work done at the other location on Adelaide. Where Marco the manager and his team stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my car was returned to me for the weekend. They even dropped my car off to me at home! This is the second time I’ve had body work done on my car with this location. It’s a tricky paint colour, Lexus Pearl White 3 stage paint. I wouldn’t trust just anyone to handle this job. I was impressed so much the first time they repaired my car that I selected them to do the work this time again. They took care of several other little things for me as well, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability. I’d recommend Assured if you need some body work done on your car. You’ll be in good hands with Alex and Marco! Thanks guys!! Also thanks to all of the team who worked on my car and those in the reception office that were so kind and helpful! Mark Photos are of the damaged area. Afterwards it looked brand new!
