★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I can honestly say that any service related you got with your Honda, it's the best place. You can trust the work under the supervision of their service manager. I call him, a manager with a kind soul. Since I purchased my 2015 Honda CRV in 2019, I am extremely satisfied with the service I am getting from this location. The manager help me find second hand winter tires. Nice experience I am getting no question of servicing my car at this location. Thankful for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an older (2003) Honda and wouldn't normally find myself going to a dealership for servicing. However, after receiving poor service at another shop who gave me a long list of dishonest maintenance recommendations and spilled oil on my engine, I wanted to play it safe and get my car inspected by a more reliable shop. Alekos was my service advisor and he was fantastic.
I was upfront with him that I wouldn't be doing the majority of my maintenance at the dealership on my older vehicle but explained what had happened with the other shop. He was more than courteous and him and his team were able to inspect my car while I got an oil change. Service was quick and thorough.
I was quite stressed after everything that had happened and so had a lot of questions, Alekos was patient and detailed in explaining everything and helping me clarify my understanding. He made reasonable maintenance recommendations, both needed and preventative and differentiated between the two. This was all with knowing that I likely wouldn't be doing most of the maintenance with him and he didn't let this get in the way of offering good advice.
I also used the shop's free shuttle service to pick up my car after servicing. Partha picked me up on time and was very courteous. It was a helpful and convenient add on service.
After such a stressful and frustrating experience with the other shop it was a massive relief and comfort to get the inspection and service from Alekos and his team.
