★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is totally shitt owner is insane disrespectful and i had worst experience im security supervisor and work right in front of his building at social site i came there for an hour for that I purchased parking which is super high but unfortunately due to an overdose i have to stay at my site for another hour when i came back there was car parked beside my jeep when i went inside ask to move this person owner of this tire source came out and shouted at me like if he had problem he could call parking inforcement but no he didn’t he started yelling at me i was polite asking him like why are u shouting he shut the door on my face and paid him money for aj hour which was $18 ohh god never ever go this place ive already complained about him

My friend came at 12pm to fix a flat tire on his scooter. The business owner, told him that he need to pay $65 CASH before he actually got his scooter wheels fixed. He wait there for 3 hour and the business owner didn’t fixed at all. Then, they give him the wheel back with out being fixed. So, He asked them for the recipe and the owner didn’t give him anything neither his money back or a recipe. The worst experience in Toronto so far. Basically, he took advantage of my fiend.
The same owner kicked my friend out and calling him crazy. Just because he wants his money back or the recipe.
Honestly, don’t even bother yourself to go there. There are some many places in downtown that you could try before this one.
Hope that this experience help other people so you know what you will have to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at Tire Source as we were on our way home (from out of town) and we had a hole in our tire.
They were able to fit us in quickly and repair the tire so we could be on our way.
Friendly owner and staff, set up chairs for us while we waited and had a gift to give our daughters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is long overdue, however I still wanted to post it.
I travelled to Toronto late November with my husband, so he could have a heart procedure done at TGH. Unfortunately, I ended up with a flat tire just as we were passing Whitby during the busy morning commute. First, I was very thankful to the gentleman that stopped to change my tire, and would only accept a thank you for doing so! We were back on the road in no time and arrived just in time for the appointment.
Once my husband went in for his procedure I needed to find a garage to get my tire fixed, since I had already travelled almost 60 kms on my donut, so there was no way I could’ve travelled the 3.5 hour drive home later that night. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to find a garage that could squeeze me in and I actually drove to two larger well known garages, but no one could help me. I figured I would try one more garage and if they couldn’t help me, then I would need to get a hotel room for the night and try to find a garage on my way back home the following morning. I called the TireSource and explained my situation, Max told me to come over asap and that they would get my tire fixed for me. John was able to patch the hole in my tire and I was back to the hospital in 75 minutes!
Thankfully the heart procedure went well and with the help from Max and John, we were able to travel home later that night.
Thank you Max and John….I really appreciate you both helping me out in a timely manner and with kindness!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving/working downtown with all the construction going on, I must have gotten a nail or something that punctured my tire. Was looking up places to get tire fixed and saw the big sign/lot and drove right on in and was greeted by Max who was very friendly and super helpful! Machanic was great also!
I was in and outta there in less then an hour!
