★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this lot is disgustingly rude and he is more than okay with attacking customers verbally and physically. If you park here the owner will over charge you and if you verify your stay time he will deny you. He had the audacity to block my car in the lot instead of speaking to people like a human being. He insults visitors and tries to call for backup from the dispensary staff who have absolutely no authority to do anything while he threatens to call the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other two reviews of this lot are accurate. The owner is an absolutely awful person, he will berate you and swear at you if you get out of your car and don't INSTANTLY walk to the meter. He will also call Toronto Parking Services immediately but they won't ticket you if you're standing there, because they also detest the owner. All in all, stay away from this lot, unless you feel like getting yelled at by what is clearly a man losing his mental capacity.
