★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was passing through the neighborhood and happened to need a few clips for our mini's wheel well and was curious if they had some. The service shop was closing up but this salesman working there was kind enough to just double check for us. He was so nice and accommodating and tried his best to grab what he could even though some of the shop's inventory had been locked down for the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service! I wish I could rate it negative stars. I called to bring in my 2015 Mini Cooper S with 55k for a service diagnostic issue. Fully aware that I have purchased the extended Mini warranty that covers me for 200k kms.
However the service coordinator chose to ignore my knowledge of what I purchased from my Mini dealer and suggested I could have purchased an aftermarket warranty. Then she proceeded to tell me I would paying $150 per hr for service to "diagnose" my vehicle.
The sales manager in Durham sold me my car which is why I know what I have. What irks me is that the Toronto dealership is 5 mins away from my office.
Upon calling Durham Charlotte took 5 mins to verify the vehicle is ? % covered and should the vehicle need to be keep further, she would arrange a courtesy car for me.
The fact that the Toronto employee could have called verified and have me go there instead of driving from Guelph (where I reside) to Ajax (where my vehicle was purchased) instead of Toronto (5 mins from office) ridiculous.
It's reasons like these that will question why I may look to another manufacturer. BMW group is supposed to be a known for service and customer care, however clearly their is a new way of doing business.
This may have been an isolated incident but I can assure that I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. If management is reading this please use this as a teachable situation on how to make a customer feel like a customer, and not have to prove what they already know. Good luck to anyone who will use this service dept.

He had to order a part for me that came from Germany and he took responsibility to call me when the part came in and followed thru. He has excellent customer service, trustworthy, professional and courteous to customer. He made me feel like my car was in good hands and he continuously updated me with the service. Truly a wonderful customer experience. I do all my car services including storing my tires at this location and I will differently recommend the personal service you get here. Thankyou Aldrick
