We would love to own in this building if it were feasible for us.
Security and management have always been helpful to the best of their ability. The building is also very pet friendly!
Conveniently located at queen and broadview so you have access to 2 great streetcar lines (king and Queen)
There is a great sense of community thanks to the social committee and our facebook group for residents. The social committee collects empties and uses profits to throw events for all residents in the party room including coffee cart mornings and mixers around the holidays. Unfortunately they haven't been able to happen due to covid but we look forward to their return!
